If your item has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order. Most products on our site are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned.
To avoid disappointment, please check whether your item is cancelable before ordering.
At the moment, Gift and Graze is UK based only. However, in the future we aim to grow our business for International sellers. If you would like to be notified when applications are open, please email giftandgraze@gmail.com with the subject ‘INTERNATIONAL SELLER’.
Please log into your account and click on ‘my orders’. Visit the vendor’s shop and click ‘contact vendor’ and write your issue in the box. This will be received directly by the individual making your order and will be rectified accordingly.
If the order has been dispatched to the wrong address and it is lost, a new order must be placed at your expense.
