Father’s Day Breakfast in Bed Kit

Treat Dad to a breakfast in bed with this delicious pancake kit and drinks!

Our brand new breakfast in bed kit contains everything you need to give Dad the lay-in of dreams.

The kit includes:

• Pancake mix – choose from a range of flavours including triple chocolate, plain, vegan or rocky road
• Orange juice
• 2 drinks of your choice from our selection of premium teas, coffees and fruit squash
• (optional) greetings card and gift message

The greetings card can either be a regular Father’s Day design (we’ll include any gift message inside the card) OR you can opt for the colouring in Father’s Day card which comes with pencils for a child to colour and write their own special card.

Pancakes
A pancake mix contains enough to comfortably make 4 pancakes.

Instructions:

1. Empty packet into a mixing bowl
2. Add 100ml of your milk of choice (soya or nut milk is fine!)
3. Mix using a fork or whisk
4. Heat a frying pan to medium/high heat (careful not to go too high)
5. Add a teaspoon of butter and wait for it to melt and bubble a bit
6. Add a tablespoon sized dollop of your mix to the pan – there will be enough mix to make 4 of these.
7. Cook for 2-3 mins until nicely browned, then flip with a spatula
8. Cook for another 2-3 mins and serve

We suggest adding fruit, sauces and syrups to make your pancakes extra indulgent (not included). See images for serving suggestions.
