Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched within three working days via Royal Mail standard delivery. Please allow up to ten working days for delivery via Royal Mail. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail. We do not accept responsibility for any items damaged by Royal Mail once they are in transit. Our items are well packed to ensure they are not damaged in transit. All items can be tracked to the point of delivery therefore if they are shown to be delivered by Royal Mail we will not accept otherwise and replacement items will not be issued. If Royal Mail attempt to deliver your item and you fail to collect the item from their depot and it is returned to us we will not be held liable, no refund will be issued and you will be responsible for a further delivery charge.

If your items arrived damaged please send photographic evidence to info@smorealicious.com and we will consider a replacement for your order. Refunds will not be issued.
