Pancake mix selection box

Description

Here is our light and fluffy pancake mix with a twist – we’ve added in some incredible flavours so all you need to do is make and enjoy!

Select 3 pancake mixes from the following flavours and get them delivered to your door ready for pancake day, breakfast, snacks or a special dessert.

Flavours available:
– Plain
– Vegan
– Rocky Road
– Triple Chocolate
– Apple Pie
– Chocolate Orange

Each individual packet contains enough mix to comfortably make 4 (so 12 servings total)

Instructions:

1. Empty packet into a mixing bowl
2. Add 100ml of your milk of choice (soya or nut milk is fine!)
3. Mix using a fork or whisk
4. Heat a frying pan to medium/high heat (careful not to go too high)
5. Add a teaspoon of butter and wait for it to melt and bubble a bit
6. Add a tablespoon sized dollop of your mix to the pan – there will be enough mix to make 4 of these.
7. Cook for 2-3 mins until nicely browned, then flip with a spatula
8. Cook for another 2-3 mins and serve

We suggest adding fruit, sauces and syrups to make your pancakes extra indulgent (not included). See images for serving suggestions.
