Choose either: a normal cupcake box (or brown postal box if posted). Or, a luxury clear lid box, with a gold mirror acrylic ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’ disk and tied with ribbon. All options will be lined with red tissue paper/red shredded paper.

Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped via 1st class Royal Mail as standard. This takes 1-2 working days to deliver, once your order has been dispatched.
You are welcome to upgrade to tracked delivery (takes 1-2 working days) or 1 working day guaranteed delivery.
Royal Mail can occasionally have delays - please note this is completely out of our hands. We do not offer refunds for late parcels as we have still baked your order especially for you and dispatched it on time.
Refund Policy
We can offer a refund up to 24 hours after purchasing. On some occasions, we can refund after 24 hours, however, not if your order has already been baked or dispatched.
Royal Mail can occasionally have delays - please note this is completely out of our hands. We do not offer refunds for late parcels as we have still baked your order especially for you and dispatched it on time.
We do not offer refunds for slightly cracked or damaged biscuits/cookies as this damage will just be due to the fact that they are goods that have been posted. We cannot be held responsible for damage that Royal Mail may cause.
